A dedicated real estate professional, triathlete, nonprofit founder, filmmaker's wife, and proud Eastside local — with seven years of experience and an unwavering commitment to her clients.
Her Story
Bella Chaffey Lakic is a dedicated real estate professional working out of Windermere Real Estate/East Inc., with over seven years of experience known for her integrity, expertise, and client-focused service.
As a member of the National Association of Realtors and vice chair of the Seattle-King County Realtor's YPN, she stays connected to real estate professionals and is at the forefront of industry trends to provide top-tier guidance.
Whether assisting first-time buyers, navigating new construction, or facilitating resales, Bella ensures a seamless experience. Her commitment to excellence is unwavering, no matter the price point.
Beyond her real estate career, Bella is the Founder and Executive Director of Alexander's Hope, a nonprofit that partners with The Nick of Time Foundation to provide free heart screenings for youth at local high schools.
A native of Bellevue, Bella has strong ties to the Eastside. She and her husband Nikola — an award-winning filmmaker — live on their three-acre hobby farm in the Clearview neighborhood of Snohomish with their daughters Mia and Lily, and a variety of animals including five rescue dogs, alpacas, dairy goats, chickens, and ducks.
When she's not assisting clients, Bella stays busy training for triathlons and long-distance races, traveling, and rescuing and fostering dogs. In 2024, Bella was an executive producer on a documentary for Unogs Mountain Dog Rescue in Idaho.
